George Mulligan (George E. Mulligan) was born on June 7, 1914 in Waterbury, Connecticut. After going to high school at Waterbury (CT), Mulligan attended Catholic College. Mulligan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1936 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
