George Lerchen (George Edward Lerchen) was born on December 1, 1922 in Detroit, Michigan. He made his Major League debut on April 15, 1952 for the Detroit Tigers. Lerchen played for the Detroit Tigers and Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 2 year career.
