George Knight (George F. Knight) After going to high school at St. Rita (Chicago, IL), Knight attended Loyola University Chicago. Knight made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
