George Kershaw (George Alfred Kershaw) was born on March 13, 1927 in Oneonta, New York. After going to high school at Oneonta (NY), Kershaw attended Colgate University. Kershaw made his professional debut in the NFL in 1949 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
