George Kerr (George A. Kerr) was born on August 28, 1893 in Medford, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Medford (MA), Kerr attended Catholic College. Kerr made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Cleveland Tigers. He played in the APFA for 2 years, playing for the New York Giants and Cleveland Tigers over the course of his 2 year APFA career.Kerr also played in the AFLG for 1 year, playing for the Newark Bears the entire time.
