George Kenneally (George V. Kenneally) was born on April 12, 1902 in South Boston, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Kewatin Academy and Latin (Boston, MA), Kenneally attended St. Bonaventure University. Kenneally made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Pottsville Maroons. He played for the Pottsville Maroons, Philadelphia Eagles, Boston Braves, Chicago Cardinals and Boston Bulldogs over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1927 was George Kenneally's best year.
