George Jones (George Dee Jones) was born on December 31, 1973 in Greenville, South Carolina. After going to high school at Eastside (Greenville, SC), Jones attended Bakersfield JC and San Diego State University. Jones made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1997 was George Jones's best year.
