George Hogriever

George Hogriever (George C. Hogriever) was born on March 17, 1869 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on April 24, 1895 for the Cincinnati Reds. In 1895, his rookie year, he hit .272 with 2 home runs and 34 RBI. Hogriever played for the Cincinnati Reds and Milwaukee Brewers over the course of his 2 year career.
