George Hockette

Born on April 7, 1908 in Perth, Mississippi, George Hockette (George Edward Hockette) played for the Boston Red Sox for his entire 2 year career. Hockette broke into the bigs on September 17, 1934 with the Boston Red Sox, and put up a 5.16 ERA in 61 innings pitched in 1935, his rookie year.
