Born on October 28, 1907 in Slatington, Pennsylvania, George Hennessey (George Hennessey) played for the St. Louis Browns, Philadelphia Phillies and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 3 year career. Hennessey broke into the bigs on September 2, 1937 with the St. Louis Browns.
