George Fritts (George Henry Fritts, Jr.) was born on December 30, 1919 in Lenoir City, Tennessee. After going to high school at Lenoir City (TN), Fritts attended Clemson University. Fritts made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
