George Duggins (George Herbert Duggins) was born on March 15, 1912 in New Albany, Indiana. After going to high school at New Albany (IN), Duggins attended Purdue University. Duggins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
