George Collins (George Francis Collins, III) was born on December 9, 1955 in Macon, Georgia. After going to high school at Warner Robins (GA), Collins attended the University of Georgia. Collins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 5 year career.
