George Blair (George L. Blair) was born on May 10, 1938 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. After going to high school at Pascagoula (MS), Blair attended the University of Mississippi. Blair made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 4 year career.
