Gene Stringer (Eugene Charles Stringer) was born on May 29, 1903 in Cleveland, Ohio. Stringer attended John Carroll University. Stringer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Cleveland Bulldogs. He played for the Cleveland Bulldogs for his entire 1 year career.
