Gene Malinowski (Eugene Paul Malinowski) was born on September 26, 1923 in Hamtramck, Michigan. After going to high school at Hamtramck (MI), Malinowski attended the University of Detroit Mercy and the University of Georgia. Malinowski made his professional debut in the NFL in 1948 with the Boston Yanks. He played for the Boston Yanks for his entire 1 year career.
