Gene Lipscomb

Gene Lipscomb (Eugene Lipscomb) was born on August 9, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at Miller (Detroit, MI), Lipscomb attended none. Lipscomb made his professional debut in the NFL in 1953 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Baltimore Colts, Los Angeles Rams and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1959 was Gene Lipscomb's best year, as he recovered 3 opponents fumbles.
