Gene Filipski

Gene Filipski (Eugene C. Filipski) was born on June 14, 1931 in Webster, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Bartlett (MA) and Grant Union (Sacramento, CA), Filipski attended Army College and Villanova University. Filipski made his professional debut in the NFL in 1956 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1957 was Gene Filipski's best year, as he had 613 kick return yards.
