Gene Ellenson (Eugene Ellenson) was born on March 24, 1921 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Miami (FL), Ellenson attended the University of Georgia. Ellenson made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the Miami Seahawks. He played for the Miami Seahawks for his entire 1 year career.
