Born on October 24, 1956 in Fargo, North Dakota, Gary Serum (Gary Wayne Serum) played for the Minnesota Twins for his entire 3 year career. Serum broke into the bigs on July 22, 1977 with the Minnesota Twins, and put up a 4.10 ERA in 184.1 innings pitched in 1978, his rookie year.
