Gary Richard (Gary Ross Richard) was born on October 9, 1965 in Denver, Colorado. After going to high school at East (Denver, CO), Richard attended Bakersfield JC and the University of Pittsburgh. Richard made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
