Gary Rajsich (Gary Louis Rajsich) was born on October 28, 1954 in Youngstown, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on April 9, 1982 for the New York Mets. In 1982, his rookie year, he hit .259 with 2 home runs and 12 RBI. Rajsich played for the New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 4 year career.
