Gary Butler (Gary Bernard Butler) was born on January 11, 1951 in Houston, Texas. After going to high school at Conroe (TX), Butler attended Rice University. Butler made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Chicago Bears and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1973 was Gary Butler's best year.
