Gary Burley

Gary Burley (Gary Burley) was born on December 8, 1952 in Urbancrest, Ohio. After going to high school at Grove City (OH), Burley attended the University of Pittsburgh and Wharton Country Junior College. Burley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 10 year career.
Gary and Coy Bacon to date hold the Cincinati Bengals duo Sacks record of 32 in one season, Coy 22 and Gary 10. This was prior to Sack's becoming an official statistic.
