Garth Ten Napel (Garth Ten Napel) was born on March 27, 1954 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Trinity (Euless, TX), Ten Napel attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University. Ten Napel made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1976 was Garth Ten Napel's best year.
