It sickens me to hear more and more about Chris Benoit and the tragedy that ensued. Today when I opened my email I saw pictures of Tiger Woods' new baby girl Sam.

Damn that's a fine looking family- notice how "white" it seems though??

Then being in Illinois I have to listen about this douchebag guy who killed his family of I-55 and blamed it on his wife. Then I go to youtube and see this- a freakin TRIBUTE to Benoit to the theme song Eye of the Tiger- I vomited in my mouth.

One thing I have always been embarrassed about regarding sports are the many many many many deadbeat dads the exist. You hear story after story of athletes knocking up woman after woman, cheating on their wives, blogging all day, wife takes kid and athlete moves on- what the hell is that????

So today I thought..... sorry can you guys wait a minute?....... sorry little Paulie who is my 8 week old baby girl shit her diaper so I had to open a window... I told her that mommy will be back in 8 hours and to chill.....

Anyway, I thought we should list some of the GREAT DADS of sports-- the non-deadbeat ones!

Too much tragedy, too much hurt-- why did God kill Daniel??? I just don't get that.

I think that Archie Manning is one of the all time great sports dads. He raised 3 pretty decent QB sons and I'm pretty sure only one of them turned out to be gay. (not that there's anything wrong with that)

Also Armchair has a lot of dads on it I'm sure- I feel like I'm a good new dad- she is only 8 weeks old- my wife wants her to play soccer and do dance- I was thinking more like golf or tennis? something to try and make some good money at- I know these are kind of lame sports but she is a girl so I guess these will have to do

Have you thought about kickboxing, Jamel? You could start Paulie off with Tae Kwon Do and Karate. It's pretty cute to see little kids throwing fists and kicks. At the pro-level, there's a bunch of real tough, yet beautiful young ladies that are real contenders. Plus, you start her young, you don't have to worry so much about her self-confidence and boys.

I want her to be able to get RICH doing a sport-- what sport can women make the most money at???? I guess she will just have to pose naked for playboy like the bearded woman chick- amanda- but yeah I'll teach her to kick some boy butt! I had to go and buy a shotgun when I found out we were having a boy- when she starts dating I'm gonna invite the young lad in, have the shot gun in one hand, a beer in the other and invite him to the back yard- it will have a shallow grave there and i will take out a measuring tape, measure him, and say "yeah, you'll probably fit in there... might have to break your legs to squeeze you in.. but you'll fit good and nice"

I don't know about this porn site either- I go to around 20 that I like- it takes a long time to keep caught up- I figure I spend around $100/week on porn sites- but since I am a new daddy and have to buy diapers this has got thrown off- anyway, it took my nearly 6 weeks to convince my wife that the sun-times newspaper here in Chicago can hold more shit than a diaper can so guess who's back!!!! Anyway, why isn't anyone talking about good sports dads?

Actually no, look a little closer at the photo. "White" is to have a new born baby in one arm, and a couple of full grown dogs jumping around it with nothing tragic happening, smiling the whole time for the camera. PS - That doesn't look very safe.

What about that dad that was watching his son wrestle and the other kid was putting him in an illegal hold, so he tackled the kid because the ref was a f**kup? It's all good Jamel, we give peeps plusses and we get minuses. It's because we act like a team and try to make the best out of our performances. I gave BigPPup plusses because he made vaid point. There's some Minus Troll here that doesn't comment, doesn't care about sports dads, that is trying to diss us hardcore (maybe even more than one) I've said my piece about sports dads, both pro and amateur. Oh well, I guess the children have it harder than we thought...
