Frolf is a combination of frisbee and golf. It's also known as disc golf, but the term "frolf" was referenced on Seinfeld in the episode "Summer of George". The game follows many golf's rules, but the player is attempting to get a frisbee into a sort of metal basket. It is often played in parks, but there are even designated courses around the U.S. Like golf, players use different kinds of discs for different shots. The three basic kinds are drivers, mid-range, and putters, each serving a different purpose. There are many tournaments held around the world. There is a Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) and there is even a Disc Golf Hall of Fame.
