Friday Fryer (June 9, 2006)

Well it is Friday again, which means the second Friday Fryer award is being handed out. This week's winner is Jason Grimsley. Jason wins this week award not so much for taking HGH and likely, other performance enhancing drugs, because lets face it, he is a journeyman relief pitcher with very little talent.

Jason wins the award for what he represents: that in MLB, there has been a massive amount of cheating going on. Be it with steroids, BALCO, Uppers, or HGH.

MLB, its players, and to a degree fans, have allowed baseball to sell its soul to the devil.
