Freddy Garcia

Born on June 10, 1975 in Caracas, Distrito Federal (Venezuela), Freddy Garcia (Freddy Antonio Garcia) played for the Seattle Mariners and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 8 year career. Garcia broke into the bigs on April 7, 1999 with the Seattle Mariners, and put up a 4.07 ERA in 201.1 innings pitched in 1999, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Freddy Garcia's best season was 2001, when he posted a 3.05 ERA, won 18 games and struck out 163 batters.
