Freddie Parker (Freddie R. Parker) was born on July 6, 1962 in Heidelberg, Mississippi. After going to high school at Heidelberg (MS), Parker attended Mississippi Valley State. Parker made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
