Fred Molden (Frederick Molden) was born on August 12, 1963 in Singing River, Mississippi. After going to high school at Moss Point (MS), Molden attended Jackson State University and the University of Southern Mississippi. Molden made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 1 year career.
