Fred Heinisch (Godfred F. Heinisch) was born on June 22, 1900 in Racine, Wisconsin. Heinisch attended none. Heinisch made his professional debut in the NFL in 1922 with the Racine Legion. He played for the Racine Legion, Racine Tornadoes and Kenosha Maroons over the course of his 4 year career.
