Fred Gillett

Fred Gillett (Frederick L. Gillett) was born on December 16, 1936. After going to high school at Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA), Gillett attended Los Angeles State. Gillett made his professional debut in the AFL in 1962 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the Oakland Raiders and San Diego Chargers over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1962 was Fred Gillett's best year.
