Fred Foggie (Fred Jerome Foggie) was born on June 10, 1969 in Waterloo, South Carolina. After going to high school at District 55 (Laurens, SC), Foggie attended the University of Minnesota. Foggie made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 2 year career.
