Fred Brock (Frederick Lee Brock) was born on November 15, 1974 in Montgomery, Alabama. After going to high school at Jefferson Davis (Montgomery, AL), Brock attended the University of Southern Mississippi. Brock made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Arizona Cardinals. He played for the Arizona Cardinals for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1998 was Fred Brock's best year.
