Fred Bohannon (Frederick Jerome Bohannon) was born on May 31, 1958 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Woodlawn (Birmingham, AL), Bohannon attended Mississippi Valley State. Bohannon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
