Frankie Libran (Francisco (Rosas) Libran) was born on May 6, 1948 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He made his Major League debut on September 3, 1969 for the San Diego Padres. Libran played for the San Diego Padres for his entire 1 year career.
