Frankie Crosetti (Frank Peter Joseph Crosetti) was born on October 4, 1910 in San Francisco, California. He made his Major League debut on April 12, 1932 for the New York Yankees. In 1932, his rookie year, he hit .241 with 5 home runs and 57 RBI. Crosetti played for the New York Yankees for his entire 17 year career.

Most people believe that Frankie Crosetti's best season was 1936, when he slugged 15 home runs, hit for a .288 average and knocked in 78 runs.
