Frank Winters

Frank Winters (Frank Mitchell Winters) was born on January 23, 1964 in Hoboken, New Jersey. After going to high school at Emerson (Union City, NJ), Winters attended Eastern Utah JC and Western Illinois University. Winters made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs, Cleveland Browns and New York Giants over the course of his 16 year career.
