Frank Strom (Frank E. Strom) was born on August 29, 1916 in Ballinger, Texas. Strom attended Claremore JC and the University of Tulsa. Strom made his professional debut in the NFL in 1944 with the Brooklyn Tigers. He played for the Brooklyn Tigers for his entire 1 year career.
