Frank Stams (Frank Michael Stams) was born on July 17, 1965 in Akron, Ohio. After going to high school at St. Vincent-St. Mary (Akron, OH), Stams attended the University of Notre Dame. Stams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams, Cleveland Browns and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1994 was Frank Stams's best year.
