Frank Skaff (Francis Michael Skaff) was born on September 30, 1910 in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He made his Major League debut on September 11, 1935 for the Brooklyn Dodgers. Skaff played for the Brooklyn Dodgers and Philadelphia Athletics over the course of his 2 year career.
