Frank Richter (Frank Ashton Richter) was born on December 24, 1944 in Tocca, Georgia. After going to high school at Cairo (GA), Richter attended the University of Georgia. Richter made his professional debut in the AFL in 1967 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1967 was Frank Richter's best year.
