Born on February 24, 1953 in Syracuse, New York, Frank Riccelli (Frank Joseph Riccelli) played for the San Francisco Giants and Houston Astros over the course of his 3 year career. Riccelli broke into the bigs on September 11, 1976 with the San Francisco Giants.
