Born on May 26, 1904 in Water Valley, Mississippi, Frank Ragland (Frank Roland Ragland) played for the Washington Senators and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 2 year career. Ragland broke into the bigs on April 17, 1932 with the Washington Senators.
