Frank Racis (Frank Racis) was born on November 9, 1899 in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Shenandoah (PA), Racis attended none. Racis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Pottsville Maroons. He played for the Pottsville Maroons, Frankford Yellow Jackets, Boston Bulldogs and Providence Steam Roller over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that 1926 was Frank Racis's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
