Frank Pollack (Frank Steven Pollack) was born on November 5, 1967 in Camp Springs, Maryland. After going to high school at Greenway (Phoenix, AZ), Pollack attended Northern Arizona University. Pollack made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 6 year career.
