Frank Peters (Frank D. Peters) was born on July 17, 1947 in Lockbourne, Ohio. After going to high school at Hamilton Township (OH), Peters attended Ohio University. Peters made his professional debut in the AFL in 1969 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals for his entire 1 year career.
