Born on August 21, 1957 in Alhambra, California, Frank Pastore (Frank Enrico Pastore) played for the Cincinnati Reds and Minnesota Twins over the course of his 8 year career. Pastore broke into the bigs on April 4, 1979 with the Cincinnati Reds, and put up a 4.25 ERA in 95.1 innings pitched in 1979, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Frank Pastore's best season was 1980, when he posted a 3.27 ERA, won 13 games and struck out 110 batters.
