Frank Parkinson (Frank Joseph Parkinson) was born on March 23, 1895 in Dickson City, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on April 13, 1921 for the Philadelphia Phillies. In 1921, his rookie year, he hit .253 with 5 home runs and 32 RBI. Parkinson played for the Philadelphia Phillies for his entire 4 year career.

Most people believe that Frank Parkinson's best season was 1922, when he slugged 15 home runs, hit for a .275 average and knocked in 70 runs.
